Some people may like one thing, but others may not, and the data will allow you to see what is working amongst most people and who they are, so that you can focus in on the most important areas. The online digital space can be a fast moving and highly competitive space and so your analytics can give you a feel for how the environment is changing with how and what people are most engaging with and allow for adaptation to tailor your content to suit the changes. Data analytics allow you to ensure that you are not spending money marketing on things that simply aren’t working and instead keep your marketing as efficient and effective as possible.
